I struggled with an anxiety disorder for most of my life. In 2022, I spent three months at a Buddhist temple, where I had the opportunity to study Buddhism and mindfulness with the monks. I had personal interviews with the temple’s master, Phra Puttar, and gained a deep understanding of how the mind and body work together under his guidance. Through numerous hours of personal meditation, I experienced a profound transformation that changed my life.
I walked the path
I began a daily meditation practice in 2017 during my yoga teacher training in India. At the time, I primarily practiced meditation for relaxation purposes. Although I had been meditating for years, I can truly say that I only discovered the deeper essence of meditation during my time at the Buddhist temple in Thailand. Since then, I’ve meditated for thousands of hours, and it’s completely transformed how I approach life.
