For most of my life, I struggled with anxiety. I worried constantly, and my mind always imagined the worst-case scenarios. I was afraid of literally everything – rejection, judgement, loneliness. I projected my fear onto my relationships, friendships, and work.
At that time, I didn't know how to manage my thoughts and emotions.
I used to work in finance. From the beginning, I felt that it wasn't the right career path for me, but I lacked the confidence to make a change. Then, I experienced a professional burnout, and I knew it was the moment to focus on myself.
It was then that I realized the only true freedom is emotional freedom. I began consciously working on my mind.
Today, I live without anxiety – I feel calm and happy. I run my own business and I have found my purpose to help other women and men find inner peace and happiness.
THE SAME THOUGHTS LEAD TO THE SAME CHOICES,
THE SAME CHOICES LEAD TO THE SAME BEHAVIORS,
THE SAME BEHAVIORS LEAD TO THE SAME EXPERIENCES,
THE SAME EXPERIENCES LEAD TO THE SAME EMOTIONS,
THE SAME EMOTIONS LEAD TO THE SAME THOUGHTS.
THE QUALITY OF YOUR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE
