I've studied success mindset techniques with Tony Robbins at his Mastery University, dived deep into subconscious reprogramming techniques through the Yes Supply coaching certification school, and explored the mind-body connection at both the International Meditation Center in Thailand and during Yoga Teacher Training in India.
